I use only 2-3 colors in each of my cookie sets, and a handful of complementary shapes that together form a cohesive collection. I love adding textures, painted elements, and metallics onto my cookies.
My cookies have a soft and flavorful bite, and are finished with royal icing. I package them individually in tidy, clear cellophane envelopes for easy handling and sharing.
